We have become involved over the last 10 years with regeneration projects in and around Newcastle.

Whilst working on the Turnbull building, we became actively involved with the City in the regeneration issues of the south of station area.  Indirectly, this has led to various commissions elsewhere, notably in the Ouseburn area of Newcastle.

We are currently completing a Master Plan for the Ouseburn central area, commissioned by the City of Newcastle upon Tyne, to set the ground rules for the development of the whole area to a sustainable urban village.  We have been commissioned by other private site owners in the area to develop their sites along the same ideas.
